International Shipping:
All international orders would be processed with a USD 20/ INR 1600 delivery fee.

Shipping Times:
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Customers can expect delivery within 3-7 business days for domestic orders. For International orders, it would take 10-12 business days for the shipment to reach your destination.
Tracking Information:
Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Customers can track their package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues:
In the event of a lost or delayed package, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Custom Duties:
All custom duties are to be born by the customer, asees does not cover any custom duties at the destination country.

Returns Due to Shipping Errors:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If a package is returned to us due to a shipping error on our part, we will cover the cost of reshipment or offer a refund for the order, including shipping fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

as all our jewellery is handcrafted and every piece is unique, we do not accept returns on orders placed with us! However, you can contact our customer care in case of special cases!
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. An unboxing video is required to process claims for damaged items. This helps us verify the damage and expedite your replacement.

Refunds:
Your refunds will be processed once the return item reaches us and you should receive the refund within 3-5 business days.
